For hardware replacement, send the exact component and asset reference. Agree what observations to collect and which actions require a call before proceeding. A written stop condition is especially useful when the remote team is investigating several possible causes at once.

For migrations, split the work into removal, transport, receiving and validation. Confirm access independently at each location and keep the inventory with the move. We scope physical assistance around your cutover and rollback plan; moving equipment alone does not prove that its services are back.
