Before equipment arrives
An installation stalls when rails, rack units or receiving instructions are missing. Send the equipment model, rack elevation, rail kit, power requirements and delivery reference. Your facility must confirm receiving, storage, escort and loading arrangements before shipment.
Install to the approved rack plan
We fit compatible customer-supplied rails, position equipment and connect agreed power and network interfaces. Confirm equipment weight and any handling needs during scoping. Servers, switches, routers, firewalls and storage appliances need different mounting depth, airflow and cable clearance; those details belong in the plan.
Separate physical work from configuration
Your engineer supplies the port map and approved configuration procedure. We can connect console access and check power and link indicators while your administrator completes software work. Firmware, operating-system and network changes require their own authorization. A powered device is not evidence that the application is ready.
Acceptance and handover
Agree on asset identification, rack position, cable labels and remote access checks. Your engineer confirms the expected interfaces and service health. Document discrepancies before proceeding to the next device. Keep packaging and disposition instructions in the work order.

For Downtown carrier hotels, confirm the exact operator and suite as well as the building. For El Segundo and Burbank visits, include receiving hours and your requested maintenance window. Access and scheduling are confirmed for each job; facility names do not imply a partnership.
Before booking
Can you install a server shipped directly to a facility?
Yes, when receiving, access, rails, cables and the installation plan have been agreed. Confirm those arrangements before shipping.
Do you supply equipment or configure the firewall?
This service scopes installation of customer-supplied equipment. Configuration, procurement and any broader engineering work must be agreed separately.
